Before beginning my journey as a Career Ownership Coach® with The Entrepreneur’s Source, I spent 25 years in the corporate sector, where I held various roles in IT project management, operations, leadership, and HRIS system implementation. Although I experienced significant personal and professional growth during those years, I felt a deep desire to find work that would truly allow me to make a meaningful, positive impact on others’ lives. As a people leader, I enjoyed coaching my team to grow and advance in their careers, but I often felt frustrated by organizational limitations and budget constraints.
I knew there was a dream and purpose within me, waiting to be unleashed. It was simply a matter of whether I was ready to believe in myself and take that first step. Now, as a Career Ownership Coach®, I have the privilege of meeting individuals where they are in their career transitions, helping them discover new opportunities outside the traditional job market and empowering them to achieve self-sufficiency.
I passionately believe that everyone deserves to live a life filled with joy and fulfillment. Are you ready to say “YES” to yourself and explore the countless possibilities that await?
I look forward to hearing from you and am excited to support you on your journey. My services come at no cost to you, as I am compensated through my partnership with The Entrepreneur’s Source and the broader business community.
I was born and raised in Centerbrook, CT, earned my degree at Fairfield University, and now live in Walpole, MA, with my husband of 20 years and our four children. As a family, we enjoy outdoor activities, trying new restaurants, and vacationing in the Poconos in PA and beautiful Newport, RI. I am an avid cook, baker, and gardener, and I love getting lost in DIY craft projects in my spare time.
